Return & Exchange Policy



Please email if there are any issues with the product(s) you received. We will help you place the return or exchange. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are nonrefundable.


Only items purchased on the website can be returned to for refund or exchange. Items purchased in any other online distributor, brick and mortar store or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.


All unopened products carry a 30-day guarantee. Since we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, we cannot offer a manufacturer’s money-back guarantee. If within 30 days we receive an unopened and untampered product, a refund may be issued for that item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on orders for any reason.


Note on CBD Efficacy: By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we cannot make any claims as to any benefits these products may provide. If you decide to purchase the products we distribute, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Check with your physician before using any Holy Pacha products.


Everyone’s experience with CBD is different, and there is no guaranteed or standard reaction. Some people find a very small amount of CBD to provide the adequate effect, while others take much more depending on their body and circumstance. CBD is a very personalized supplement and may not be effective for some individuals’ specific goals. It is also important to understand that you will not necessarily feel anything when using CBD, and the effect may sometimes be in what you no longer notice.


If you still wish to return a product(s) for a refund you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date.  The item must be unused and unopened.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return of the item. 


If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending us an email . We are happy to exchange damaged or defective items for a like item. We ship all our products as quickly as possible, but depending on the ship-to location, the time an exchanged product takes to arrive may vary.

Email us within 7 days of your purchase at and let us know what item(s) you wish to return or exchange and why.  They must be unused and unopened. We will then respond providing a return shipping address. We will not cover the shipping costs for the returned item(s). Once we receive your package and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened and unused product(s) and email you a confirmation.


Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to post to your statement.


We will only accept returns and end exchanges from purchases made on After a cancellation or return we will issue your refund.
