Refund & Cancellation Policy 

 

 

Most orders typically ship the same day they are received. If you wish to make a cancellation, please do so within 3 hours of your purchase order. You can do so by emailing Customer Service at customerservice@holypacha.com .

All unopened products carry a 30-day guarantee. Since we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, we cannot offer a manufacturer’s money-back guarantee. If within 30 days we receive an unopened and untampered product, a refund may be issued for that item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on orders for any reason.

If you paid with a credit card, we would refund your purchase amount (less the shipping costs) to the same card. We will credit your account within 14 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account and will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

Late or Missing Refunds

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. From start to finish-line, please give your refund 7-14 days to find its way back to you. If you have not received a refund after 30 days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at customerservice@holypacha.com. We will assist in resolving the issue.
