Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at HolyPacha.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We are committed to providing you with high quality products and customer service before, during and after your order. All shipments are professionally packed in-house by our careful crew and do not indicate what is inside. Contact us at customerservice@holypacha.com with any questions or concerns.

 

Delivery Cost and Times

Any order that is over $50 will qualify for free shipping, via USPS First Class Mail. All orders under $50 are subject to a shipping cost. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Most orders typically ship the same day they are received. Though most orders are processed within 24 hours, there can be an expected processing time of 24-72 hours. We currently use USPS shipping services but reserve the right to use another carrier. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed. USPS shipping days are Mon-Fri. Transit times exclude weekends and federal holidays. Expedited shipping options are available for additional cost (USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express).  

 

USPS First Class Mail: This takes approximately 2 to 5 workdays across the country.

USPS Priority Mail: This takes approximately 1 to 3 workdays across the country.

USPS Priority Mail Express: This takes approximately 1 to 2 days in total.  

 

Shipping Policy of Beverage Products

 

All products belonging to the Beverages category are not included in our “Free shipping for $50+ orders” promotion due to the overweight of this type of products. Therefore, orders that include drinkable products, even if they include other types of products in the same order, will not be subject to free shipping.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery or returned packages. If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.

 

Where do we ship?

Please note we ship to all 50 states in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and the purchaser bears all responsibility for compliance with state and local laws. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
